青森県弘前市で、伝統工芸「津軽塗」を営む家庭に生まれ育つ。ものづくりが身近にある環境で育ち、東京では1990年代後半、サブカルチャーシーンでカリスマ的人気を誇ったファッションブランドの企画部門で、デザインや生産管理に携わる。
結婚後はハワイ、そしてカリフォルニアへ移住。アメリカで3人の子どもを育てながら、2006年にはロサンゼルスにある日本のアパレルブランドの姉妹ブランド支店で、プレスやセールスを担当。
リーマンショック後はアメリカの物流業界へ転身し、17年間にわたり実務とマネジメントの経験を積む。その後、長年の夢であったものづくりの世界へ戻り、ハンドメイドソープやキャンドルのブランドを立ち上げ、製造・販売を開始。
さらに2026年には、故郷である青森県弘前市で民泊事業を開業。築70年の古民家をリノベーションし、地域の魅力を感じながら快適に滞在できる宿泊施設を実現。国内外から訪れるお客様に喜んでいただける空間づくりと、おもてなしを大切にしながら運営しています。
異なる業界、文化、環境の中で培ってきた経験を活かし、現在はTimeWaverを取り入れながら、起業家や経営者が自身のビジネスを新たな視点から見つめ、次の一歩を考えるためのサポートを目指しています。

Raised in Hirosaki, Aomori, in a family dedicated to Tsugaru lacquerware, the founder grew up surrounded by traditional craftsmanship. In late-1990s Tokyo, she worked in design and production planning for a cult-favorite fashion brand rooted in the city's subculture scene.
After marriage, she moved to Hawaii and then California, raising three children in the United States. In 2006, she worked in press and sales at the Los Angeles branch of a sister brand to her former Japanese apparel company.
Following the global financial crisis, she transitioned into the U.S. logistics industry, building 17 years of hands-on and management experience. She later returned to her passion for making things, founding a handmade soap and candle brand and overseeing production and sales.
In 2026, she also launched a vacation rental in her hometown of Hirosaki, renovating a 70-year-old house into a welcoming place for visitors from Japan and abroad.
Drawing on experience across industries, cultures, and entrepreneurship, she now brings TimeWaver into conversations that help business owners reflect on their direction and consider practical next steps.
